SQLphone
SQLphone was developed by Sharepaper Ltd, a software engineering company based in Cambridge, UK.

In 1996, Sharepaper Ltd became a subcontractor to Mobile Data Solutions Inc. developing software for a GPS taxi dispatch system. Part of this system included a “taxi autobooker” that allowed members of the public to book taxis over the phone without having to talk to a human operator.

Once installed, the system reduced customer booking times from over a minute to just a few seconds.

We continued to develop this technology and in 1998 launched SQLphone as a stand-alone product.

Today SQLphone is in use in a very wide and ever growing range of IVR telephone answering software applications.
